This property is a ski chalet — a recreational home the owners use for getaways, not year-round living. When it was time for an update, the goal was a full modernization across the entire interior, not a selective refresh of a few rooms. Footprint managed a complete renovation with no one living on site during construction. That allowed trades to work through kitchen, dining, living, and bath in a clear sequence without daily-life constraints. The kitchen was fully remodeled with updated finishes and fixtures while keeping its existing layout; bathrooms and gathering spaces received the same level of attention so the whole chalet feels cohesive from room to room. The finished chalet is ready for weekends on the mountain — updated throughout, comfortable for gathering after a day on the slopes, and built to the standards owners expect from a recreational property.
